We ship to most countries around the world, with the exception of the following regions due to shipping restrictions:
- Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
We are continually working to expand our shipping capabilities and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Policy
- Orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping (applies only to regular-priced items).
- Free shipping does not apply to free promotional items.
Standard Shipping Fees
- The shipping fee for free promotional products is $18 USD, covering processing, shipping, and customs duties.
- Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.
- Even for free items, the applicable shipping fee will still be charged.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.)

4. Address & Contact Information
Incorrect Shipping Address
- If you entered an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact customer service within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot redirect it to another address.

5. Tracking Information & Delays
Why is my package not showing tracking updates?
- Handmade Items from Tibet/Nepal – If your product is handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal, tracking information may take 3-5 days to update after shipping.
- International Transportation – Packages require time to arrive at international shipping centers. Until scanned at an international hub, tracking details may remain unchanged.
📌 Please allow 3-5 days for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will:
✔ Resend a new package, OR
✔ Issue a full refund
