Recently, I helped several sensitive individuals balance their energy.
One of them, Angie from Guangdong, stood out.

She had taken a job packaging fresh fish — a cold, damp environment.

Not long after, she began experiencing intense nightmares and physical exhaustion.

When I scanned her energy, I found she had no internal communication with her own energy body.
She couldn’t hear or feel it.
And it was struggling — hard.

🧿 Yin Reacts Strongly to Yin

Angie’s constitution was already yin-dominant.

Her energy body reacted poorly to the cold, wet workplace — amplifying the imbalance.

I shared this with her and gave her some solutions.

But right after, I felt something strange in myself:

My yang energy was collapsing.

⚖️ Yin and Yang Inside Us

In Taoist perception, yang inside the body looks like tiny white pearls.
Yin appears as tiny black pearls.

In perfect health, they stay in a stable rhythm.

But when one increases or disappears rapidly —
You’ll feel it.

That day, my black pearls surged.
I became cold, nauseous, sleepy. It felt like a sandstorm inside a teacup, burying the light.

I knew if I didn’t act fast, it would get worse.

🌳 How I Recovered

Luckily, it was just past 1 PM.

I grabbed my hammock and drove to the nearest park.
Hung it between two trees.
Lay down.
Breathed.
Meditated.

By 4 PM, I was back.

If I hadn’t recovered, I would have needed herbs to restore the balance.

🧠 Final Thought from Wuyu

Most illnesses — including some cancers — begin with Yin-Yang imbalance.
